In the afternoon of February 25, China MCC convened the 2025 Greater Bay Area Marketing Seminar in Shenzhen. Zhu Guangxia, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of China MCC, attended the seminar and delivered a speech.

He emphasized that both MCC Headquarters and China MCC Southern Headquarters should strengthen their leaderships, MCC Great Wall Investment should enhance the investment leadership, and the scientific research, survey, and design enterprises should improve their technological leadership. All organizations should increase investment in regional resources and adhere to the principle of simultaneously focusing on both the market and the site, and ensuring that both aspects are strengthened. China MCC Southern Headquarters should take the lead in maintaining the internal competition order. The organizations should ensure compliant operations, explore the market in accordance with laws and regulations, and firmly uphold the bottom line of integrity.
At the seminar, China MCC Southern Headquarters reported the marketing overview of Greater Bay Area in 2024, some attending organizations made experience exchanges for the marketing operation in Greater Bay Area, the expert from Shenzhen Habitat Construction & Conservation explained the latest policy of urban renewal, and the expert from the Agricultural Development Bank Guangdong Branch carried out business training on the comprehensive land improvement across the entire region.
Over 140 people attended the seminar, including the department heads of the MCC Headquarters and relevant heads of subsidiary marketing systems, and the heads of organizations at Level 3 and below in the Greater Bay Area.
